Do you build on our lot or do you have lots available?

As custom homebuilders, Trueblood Company can build on new, as well as existing lots. Lots are also still available in our exclusive community, Stoneymead, located in rural Bucks County.

Do you have certain plans that you build?
We are a true custom homebuilder ready and able to build anything for you. The Trueblood team is ready to cater to your every homebuilding desire. Choose from our select portfolio of plans that can serve as a starting point, or use an existing plan of your own. Whether you are working with an architect to develop a plan or would like to use Trueblood Company’s in-house design and architectural services to create a custom plan, we are able to work with you.

Do you guide us through the homebuilding process?

Absolutely. With over 45 years of experience working with clients toward creating their custom home, we know the importance of guiding you through the process. From the initial consultation until completion, the Trueblood Team is involved, which includes Jonathan and Neil Trueblood, to ensure the process is smooth and your home is built to your expectations. We have learned to adapt to each client’s needs, committed to tailoring the building process to each individual homebuilder. While some prefer to be heavily involved and guided throughout the process, others prefer the Trueblood Team take more of a lead role. We work within your schedule. By having our own in-house architectural design services and cabinet shop, Trueblood Company has an advantage over other custom homebuilders as a one-stop shop.

Do you have a builder’s warranty?
Yes. In fact, it is our own warranty. Trueblood Company directly provides full-service on all our home warranties, and our warranty standards are set higher than most homebuilder, 3rd Party warranty standards. We believe in our work and value you as a lifelong customer. Therefore, our warranties ensure you are happy with your home not only on move-in day, but every day.

Can I contact past customers as a reference?
Yes, we insist. Our satisfied clientele keep us building custom homes day after day, year after year. How do we have the time to build a custom home when we both have full-time careers?
This is a popular question. Our experience and breath of services truly is an advantage, and four decades in business has helped us to perfect that. With in-house architectural designs services, custom cabinet shop and exclusive on-site contractors, we put the process close within your reach. For years, we have worked with people who have varying schedules. The Trueblood Company knows how important it is to build your custom dream home, and we are flexible and considerate of your time and schedule.

Will you build our plan on our site using our architect?
Yes, we can work both with your architect and can build on your own lot.

How much supervision will my house have during construction?
Jonathan and Neil Trueblood remain involved throughout the homebuilding process. In addition, Trueblood Construction Managers offer on-site management and are available to you. Being in business for over 45 years has allowed us to establish long-term, reliable relationships with skilled craftsmen, some working exclusively for Trueblood Company. What does this mean? Our teams have a proven record of success in working together from the individual craftsmen to the construction manager, and they will ensure your house is supervised and well built through the entire construction process

How important is landscaping to the project?
We consider site planning and landscape design an important aspect in designing your home. One of our strengths as a company is our ability to create a site plan that creates harmony between your home and nature. We strive to make your home part of the overall outdoor landscape, not an intrusive object that looks incongruous with the land on which it is built. In addition to getting involved, themselves, with site planning, we encourage buyers to get landscape designers involved, as well, early on in the site design stage to ensure an overall smooth process and uniform plan.

Do you do sensitive restorations and remodeling to an existing home?
Yes, we have done many restorations including, (need example here). We welcome the opportunity to meet with you on your remodeling/restoration project and show you some examples of our past work.

At what point can we determine how much it will cost to build the design we have selected?
Budgeting is an integral part of the homebuilding process. We work to create a budget as early as possible in the planning stages. We feel it is important that you are comfortable with the budget and aware of costs associated with your plans as soon as possible. We also feel it is important to keep you updated on the budget, as the scope of your job may change throughout the process. If any changes should occur that will increase the budget, we are ensure we will let you know immediately.

Do you have information on the resale value of your homes?
We have found that our homes appreciate in value far more than many other custom built homes.
